Oslo Apiary guest appearance – Mead for Growlab Oslo
Next week, we will be joining Growlab in harvesting their potato crop at Herligheten.
We will also supply the after party with a mead we have made from ingredients found or grown at the Artist House in downtown Oslo. The mead has been fermenting in one of the chimneys at the Artists House for some time now, the sugary aspects of honey has been turned into alcohol and the liquid now tastes sour and flowery, like dried grapes/raisins.
If you want to have a taste, you are welcome to join us in harvesting and baking potatoes over open fire at Herligheten on October 2nd, at 18:00.
